PRINT ORDER PROCESS
All our print-based media at OLSO Marketing is made to your exact requirements so we have brought in a process to make things easier for everyone.
The first thing we need to do is touch base. This can be done via telephone or via email communication, whichever is easier for you.
If we haven’t spoken before, we usually take payment upfront via bank transfer at the point of order. Once the first order has been placed, the process becomes a lot more fluid.
Generally, the lead time on print-based orders is two weeks. This can vary, depending on whether the materials are in stock with our third-party suppliers.
We will discuss a brief in greater detail and understand your requirements. These are then put into the design department where we will come up with a maximum of three designs for you.
You then have a chance to approve the artwork and we will supply our printers with your artwork. A rough delivery time will be given to you at the point of order but this can change from time to time.
We will never print your items unless you have approved the proofs, you will need to send us email confirmation before we move anything forward.
Now all we do is wait. Our suppliers will send the finished pieces straight to your door, so you don’t need to worry about collecting anything. Finally, we will be in touch with a follow-up email to make sure you are delighted with your order.
